Reporting Alleged Infringement

If you believe content on Nuzflo infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to: contact@nuzflo.com

Required Information

  1. Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  3. The specific URL(s) on Nuzflo where the allegedly infringing content appears
  4. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  6. Your electronic or physical signature
Incomplete or inaccurate notices may delay processing. Do not submit a notice if you are not the copyright holder or authorized representative.

Counter-Notifications

If you believe content was removed in error, submit a counter-notification to contact@nuzflo.com including your contact details, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury, and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, Nuzflo may disable access for users who are repeat infringers.
